<p>Heartlands Business Park is the site of HS2’s future Washwood Heath Maintenance Depot, where the high-speed trains will be maintained.  From Monday 9 September, we will be carrying out ground investigations, in the park, near to Warren Road, Common Lane and Leigh Road, alongside our ongoing demolition work. Core working hours will be 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
