News on HS2 in Birmingham

From Monday 13 January , you may see our Early Work Contractor - LM a joint venture between Laing O’Rourke and J. Murphy & Sons. LM is working within our site at Heartlands Park , as we carry out utilities works at the end of Common Lane, Washwood.

The work will be very low impact and will involve removing some of the HS2 hoarding on Common Lane to establish a temporary work site, before we carry out underground utilities works.

LM will be carrying out the work between 9am-6pm and expect to be finished in around 1-2 weeks, depending on site and weather conditions.
