Severn Trent need to undertake work on the existing water mains where buildings they supplied have been demolished.
The work will involve excavating holes to expose the water mains and cutting the pipe to fit a new hydrant and abandoning the length of pipe that is no longer needed. Holes will also be dug at the end of each water main to remove the existing hydrants.
