News on HS2 in Birmingham

We will be carrying out phased lane closures and one overnight road closure in central Birmingham. This is to carry out utility surveys on a number of roads in the area.

The surveys will be carried out in phases, rather than all at once, to keep disruption to a minimum.

The works will start on the 15th March and end on the 14th April 2020. Access to properties will be maintained throughout the works. Local diversions will be in place and we’ll put up signage to explain these changes to road users and pedestrians.
