Back to newsTemporary footpath closure on Aston Church Road
As part of our works to prepare for HS2 in the Saltley area, we have temporarily closed the footpath on Aston Church Road, alongside the former Taroni site. This is so we can secure the fencing and ensure the safety of pedestrians.
The footpath closure will be in place 24 hours a day for approximately 2-3 weeks from 16 March 2020.
This means that if you walk along this part of Aston Church Road, you’ll see signs showing you how to move around the works.
This schedule is subject to on site and weather conditions , but we’ll keep you informed of any changes.
